As lockdowns continue to ease in Queensland, we are providing a short update to our COVID19 Operations.
As communicated in late March we closed our office to protect our clients, our team and the wider community from any danger to outbreaks. All team were instructed to work from home as much as possible, with our team 'taking turns' to use the office amenities. This unfortunately meant our office phones were unreliable and we became unreachable except through callbacks and many, many email conversations. We want to thank each and every one of our clients for working with us to find a happy medium, every one of our tradies and third-party partners for helping us to continue to deliver great property management during a very tough time, and the team for continuing to work hard when it felt like the sky may/may not have been falling.
Office Operations Update - June 2020
We have resumed work in the office and request that all customers and tradespeople who wish to visit us in the office do so by appointment so that we remain COVIDsafe and maintain the appropriate social distancing and number of allowed visitors. Our team will continue to social distance in office and work-from-home arrangements will continue at a reduced/downgraded rate with a view to resuming office operations in full once all social distancing restrictions end. We are also mindful about 'flipping the switch' so to speak only to have to reset again with a second-wave of lockdown.
We will continue monitoring the COVID19 situation and provide a further update with any operational changes (hopefully for the better).
