John Sexton Principal Licensee
John is Pursuit Real Estate’s founder, Director, Principal licensee and Chief Visionary, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience to the business. Not one to just kick back and smell the roses, John works day-to-day in the business – keeping a keen eye on the market, drilling down on the detail and ensuring we’ve got the leading edge to advise our clients on the best way to get the most out of their investment properties.
As an investor himself, John understands the risks and rewards of property investment, and he’s a passionate advocate of it as the best method to build long term wealth (if your properties are managed well!).
Outside of work, John’s passion is gardening. When you meet him you might want to take a discreet glance at his hands – we’re pretty sure he’s got a green thumb.
David Sexton Business Manager
Before Dave became our co-founder and Business Manager he’d been both a tenant and an investor – and he’d experienced the worst of the worst and wished for the best of the best. Failing to find the latter, he decided it was time to become it, specializing in property management by investors for investors.
“Most people find the concept of investment property and renting an absolute pain”, he said, “I wanted more than just a property manager – I wanted a property expert. Someone who understood the complexities of managing an investment property, as well as the bigger picture, long term goals (and all the life events that go with that too!).”
David is responsible for all aspects of the business and office management. He works to ensure Pursuit have the best systems and policies in place so that the team can provide the property care smart investors expect. He enjoys the chance to get amongst the finer details to ensure all our properties are getting maximum return on investment, because he knows it’s not just about the property, it’s about your future too.
In his spare time, David….doesn’t have any spare time! As a father and family man he’s leading a full life, but every now and then we’re told he manages to sneak off to read the real estate pages of the local paper.
Jaime Leigh Robinson Office Manager
Joining the Pursuit Real Estate Team in 2020 is Jaime Robinson.
Jaime brings energy and enthusiasm like no one else; enforcing strict policies and procedures with a smile. Having owned her own business previously, Jaime brings decades of sales and customer service experience to our team.
Together with an intimate understanding of the needs of her clients and a natural talent for helping her clients navigate the labyrinth of real estate with care and patience Jaime carries a reputation as an exceptional Business Development Manager. Her clients boast of her skills and knowledge to help them have peace of mind that one of their biggest assets is in the best hands.
Jaime negotiates the very best deals on behalf of her clients, keeps them updated on legislative changes and ensures their investments are cared for, occupied and compliant.
Nicole Morrow Director of Property Management
Nicole Morrow is Pursuit Real Estates’ director of property management.
She is committed to professionalism, excellence, honesty and integrity. Nicole holds a full real estate licence, a Bachelor in accounting and almost 20 years industry experience. With a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills, Nicole represents a refreshing approach to the needs and importance of tenants and landlords alike.
She has a wide range of skills including a high attention to detail and the ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems, which makes sure the experience of owning an investment property is a seamless and rewarding one.
But it’s her friendly, empathetic approach and her ability to connect with clients on all levels that sets her apart from the rest.

We are residential Property Management specialists, it’s what we do and we do it well. Our team are extremely through with the detail and care taken to deliver your reports. They have a transparent fresh approach to property management and really are experts in their field. They care for a sensibly sized roll to ensure that communication is smooth and nothing goes overlooked.
They offer an all inclusive property management fee of 7% and with Pursuit you will only ever pay for what you need.
We don’t shy away from the hard stuff and are committed to giving you the best property management experience.
Your dedicated Property Manager is the same person who presents your property, finds your tenants, conducts the inspections, reports to you and is responsible for virtually every aspect of your investment, all overseen by our in office Director, Nicole Morrow.
